Alchemy of Art ~ 3 Part Workshop

We start August 4th for this Summer mini Live online workshop!!

This is an Online workshop I host on my website, over zoom and my private Telegram channel Alchemy of Art. Cultivate the creative within, and make art that is self reflective and unique, something you can share too! If YOU feel drawn to the art I create, I want to invite you to create in this community with me, and add your own unique vision to the mix. Use the tools I share from my experience with self portraiture, film photography, digital editing and infuse these practices into your ART.

The art of layering photos into dreamlike landscapes and portraits has been my practice for many years, with the help of digital processes which I will teach you how to create with too. The digital component is the last step in creating, after being out and about dreaming your vision and taking photos.

What you can expect :

• We will create dreamlike art, your unique take on your inner vision and reality. We will be creating an altar piece for your reflection and inspiration as the centerpiece. We will use photography as our main medium to create unique layered art pieces. Elements of painting, drawing or collage are also encouraged as part of the creative process ~ adding physical to the digital element.

• Weekly practices to inspire and cultivate your Soul Vision

• Inner transformation through creativity and ceremony with weekly journal prompts and creative practices.

• Your inner light, reveal it!!

• The skills you will learn are inner cultivation, ceremonial intention, art making and editing.

These are the specific teachings you can expect to start cultivating ~

~ self portrait photography

~ long exposure portraits

~ creating a library of images

~ using the phone for editing layers and dreamlike art

~ optimizing editing for creativity and printing digital images

What you will need :

• iPhone camera, digital camera or film camera

• library of images to create with (your own photo favorites)

• iphone, iPad or computer for digital apps and programs (most are free to start)

• journal for writing and visioning

• tripod if you choose to take self portraits

Turn pain and suffering into beauty. Use the experiences of life to evolve and create. We will focus on visual arts here because that is my specialty. Be an inspiration to others, be a light.

• Class one will be an introduction and instruction to create your own magical art using ceremony, listening to messages from spirit, writing and visioning, and the art of visual imagery and photography.

• Class two we will experiment with different techniques and share ideas and community. We will learn how to use digital programs to edit your art, and how to edit well.

• Class three we will share our creations and get feedback from eachother to elevate the vision!

Here you will connect with like hearted individuals and creatives that want to deepen their art practices through connection of the body, spirit and nature.
